Refund policy

We want you to love our nail products. If there is any issue, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility You can request return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item in package

Unboxing video is required for damaged or missing item claims.

  1. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used nail polish

  • Opened gel products

  • Used nail tools

  • Custom nail kits

  1. Refund Process Once your return is approved:

  • Replacement will be shipped OR

  • Refund will be sent to original payment method in 5–7 working days
